01

Corporate information

This website introduces IO, the holding group. IO Limited is the legal entity responsible for this website. Statements about markets, capabilities or development priorities do not establish that a particular service, location or configuration is currently available. Confirm requirements with the relevant operating business.

A company profile, engineering study or perspective is general information. An illustrative study is not a customer testimonial or evidence of a completed customer engagement.

02

Separate agreements govern engagements

No website page constitutes an investment offer, a commitment to accept funds or a binding service specification. Corporate transactions, investment arrangements and services require their own review, contracting entity, approvals and agreements.

An operating brand is responsible for the products and services it provides. These website terms do not replace its customer terms, acceptable-use rules, privacy notice or support commitments.

03

Use of materials

You may read, link to and quote brief attributed extracts for a legitimate reference to IO. Do not imply endorsement, misrepresent affiliation or reuse the i/o identity in a way that suggests authority to act for the group. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licences.

Architecture imagery is editorial illustration and is not evidence of facilities owned or operated by the group. Typeface and image provenance is described in website information.

04

Responsible use and submissions

Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the website or submit malicious material. Provide accurate information in enquiries and share only material you are entitled to provide. Public forms are not a secure document vault and do not create a confidential advisory relationship.

For legal requests, privacy matters, abuse or security concerns, use the relevant route in requests and reporting. A form acknowledgement records receipt; it does not accept a claim or promise a particular outcome.

05

Corrections and external links

Information may change as businesses and requirements develop. Ask for current details before relying on a statement for a transaction. Report an error through corporate enquiries.

External websites have their own content, terms and data practices. A link does not transfer responsibility for those services to IO Limited. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
