Identify the context
Tell us whether your request concerns a website enquiry, a business introduction, a recruitment conversation or another direct relationship. Where a customer account belongs to an operating business, use that business’s privacy channel.
Depending on applicable law and context, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or other action. Some records may need to be retained for legal reasons; a request is assessed against the obligations that apply.
Verification without excess
Use the email associated with the original enquiry where possible and include its reference. Do not attach a passport or other identity document to this initial request.
The reviewer may ask for proportionate information to verify identity or an authorised representative’s authority. No personal records are released merely because someone knows a name or reference number.
A scoped response
Describe the information or action sought so the relevant records can be located. The response timetable, any lawful fee, exemption or reason for refusing a request depends on applicable law and will be addressed during review.
See the privacy notice for the data collected here, retention and service-provider involvement. If you disagree with the handling of a request, explain the concern under the same reference; applicable regulatory complaint rights remain available.
