Start with the operator

The operating business responsible for the service is usually best placed to investigate technical misuse. Use its abuse channel first when you can identify it. For an escalation to the group, include the operator and the earlier report reference if available.

This route does not replace customer support, a formal law-enforcement request or a court process.

02

Provide actionable evidence

  • The exact URL, IP address or other resource identifier and the operating business, if known.
  • What you observed, the relevant date and time in UTC, and why you believe it is abusive.
  • A short, relevant excerpt of logs or headers with unrelated personal information removed.
  • The action requested and details of an earlier report, if any.

For alleged copyright or other rights violations, identify the right, your authority to act and the specific material at issue. For malware or illegal content, provide a location and factual description; do not upload or reproduce it here.

03

What happens next

The reviewer checks whether there is a plausible connection to the group and enough detail to route the matter. Further information may be requested. Referral to the appropriate operating business does not predetermine its findings or the action allowed by its agreement and applicable law.

A report does not automatically remove a resource, suspend a service or disclose customer information. Avoid repeated duplicate reports; retain the reference for follow-up.

04

An immediate risk

If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency authority. For a live security incident affecting your own service, use your operator’s incident channel. This corporate intake form is not a 24-hour incident desk.

Submit a request

Submit an abuse escalation.

Describe the resource and the event. A concise factual report is more useful than a large collection of unrelated material.

Include relevant dates in UTC and the scope of your request. Do not include passwords, identity documents, payment details, illegal material or copies of private customer data. Attachments are not accepted here.
